El premio viene con unas condiciones que son estas:
1-Elegir 5 blogs merecedores del premio por su creatividad, diseño, material interesante y aportación a la comunidad bloger, sin importar el idioma.
2- Cada premio otorgado a de tener el nombre de la autora y el enlace a su blog para que todos puedan visitarlo.
3-Cada persona premiada ha de escribir el pemio y colocar el nombre y el enlace al blog de la persona que la ha premiado.
4- Premiada y premiadora, han de escribir el enlace de Arte y Pico, para que todo el mundo sepa el origen de este premio.
